The Challenge
Xfinity rolled out a new order entry system, but was failing to gain adoption for the new platform. The new order entry platform was oversold and employees were resistant to make the change.
The Solution
Develop an internal marketing strategy to drive awareness for why the change was coming and much needed, how it benefited employees and what to expect moving forward.
